O presente documento estabelece as Condições Gerais de Utilização e as Condições Gerais de Venda Online da página web da SIENNA. A navegação no website e/ou compra de qualquer produto através do mesmo implica a aceitação das presentes Condições Gerais.

O domínio e loja online disponível em siennainspo.com (abaixo designada apenas por “loja online” ou “website”) é propriedade de Marisa Matos Unipessoal, com sede na Rua de Ceuta, 34 5D, 2795-057 com o NIF 514 812 648 e titular da marca SIENNA INSPO.
Âmbito de aplicação
As presentes Condições Gerais regulam a visita/navegação e as operações de compra e venda efetuadas na loja online, entre qualquer pessoa singular que a utilize com um intuito meramente pessoal, enquanto consumidor final, sem intenção de revender os artigos que aí adquire, e a Marisa Matos Unipessoal enquanto responsável pela comercialização dos seus produtos através desta loja online.
O Utilizador compromete-se a utilizar este website em cumprimento com o disposto na legislação aplicável, abstendo-se de utilizar a página para atividades contrárias à lei, à moral e bons costumes, ou direitos e interesses de terceiros.

A SIENNA tem em consideração a informação relativa às características essenciais dos produtos mediante descrições técnicas partilhadas pelos seus fornecedores, e de fotografias que ilustram os produtos comercializados.
As imagens e fotografias dos produtos, apesar de tentarem ser o mais fidedignas possível são ilustrativas, pelo que o Cliente deverá considerar a hipótese de existirem diferenças de cor, aparências de feitio/forma, que também se poderão dever ao monitor e ao navegador web utilizados por aquele. Deste modo, recomendamos ao Cliente a consulta cuidadosa e detalhada do produto e das respetivas características, de modo a certificar-se devidamente das mesmas no momento da sua compra.
Informação sobre os Preços
Os preços de venda ao público indicados na loja online são apresentados em euros (€), e estão sujeitos à tributação do Imposto de Valor Acrescentado (IVA) à taxa legal em vigor. Valor esse que estará sempre incluído nos nossos preços.
Os custos do serviço de envio são por conta do Utilizador/Comprador, e acresce ao total do valor dos produtos selecionados.
O Utilizador terá de se informar em relação às Taxas Aduaneiras/Alfandegárias praticadas fora de Portugal Continental. A SIENNA utiliza apenas os parceiros logística Batch, CTT e DHL não tendo qualquer responsabilidade em relação a Taxas Adicionais à entrada de território extra-comunitário. Preços de Produto
A SIENNA reserva-se o direito de alterar os preços em qualquer momento. No entanto, compromete-se a aplicar as taxas e preços indicados no momento da realização do pedido de compra.
No caso de ocorrência de erro informático, manual, técnico ou de qualquer outra origem, que cause uma alteração substancial não prevista pela SIENNA no preço de venda ao público, o pedido de compra será considerado inválido e anulado.

No caso de um erro no preço de qualquer produto, entraremos em contacto com o cliente, apresentando-lhe a opção de confirmar a encomenda com o preço correto ou cancelá-la com o devido reembolso. Caso o cliente pretenda o reembolso da sua encomenda, este será efectuado utilizando o mesmo método de pagamento da encomenda.

Price Information
